Our team will walk through your systems, weekend experience, service, or event through the fresh eyes of a new visitor or client. We’ll identify some wins, and some things we think improving on will take you to the next level (we call those roadblocks). We’ll take the roadblocks we identified in the auditing process to develop coaching that is unique to your church. This professional coaching through a Christian lens will not only help each of you to grow personally but will raise the health of your church, by helping you function more effectively as an entire ministry.
Our hope is those coaching meetings with The Elements Group team are much more than going through a list of “todos”, but walking you through the best strategies and processes for ministry growth. Our team will walk through: what to expect in this season of ministry, how to create a strategy (and how to stick to it!), how to develop a team, how to ask for support, creating an invite culture, service flow message planning, and more. We’d love to host your staff + team at our office for your next staff development day to walk through some of these sessions, as well.

The Playbook
One of the most valuable tools that we at The Elements Group can provide is what we call a Playbook. This comprehensive manual will take a big picture look at your church or business as a whole, and through a thorough discovery and evaluation, we will break down every area into five distinct areas of focus: Reach, Build, Equip, Multiply, and Processes.
The Playbook will include an analysis and refocusing of your mission, vision, core values, an evaluation of your staff’s job descriptions and duties, Digital Discovery, full Marketing campaigns, and more!
